An app and webpage patients can use from the comfort of home — or right there in the waiting room. Full, unhurried histories. Guideline-aligned safety checks. Follow-up that happens whether you remember to chase it or not. We're opening early access to clinicians and clinics ahead of our NZ pilot.
SupaHealth is a decision-support tool, not a diagnostic or prescribing service — it does not replace clinical judgement or the doctor-patient relationship.
Patients get as long as they need with something that isn't checking the clock — no long forms, no rushed recall. The assessment adapts to what's already been said, and follows a conservative safety approach: when uncertain, it escalates rather than reassures.
From home, or right there in the waiting room — in their own words, no medical terminology required.
Each follow-up question is chosen for clinical value — never a long form dump.
Red-flag symptoms are screened before anything else, and once an escalation is raised, the assessment is designed not to walk it back later in the same conversation.
Structured, not a transcript — chief complaint, history, risk flags, ready before the visit.
Designed as a support tool for clinicians — not a replacement for clinical judgement.
Patients get an unhurried intake with something that isn't checking the clock — people open up more, and leave out less, than in a rushed face-to-face. You stop spending the first five minutes of every consult extracting facts they'd have volunteered anyway.
The system is designed to escalate rather than reassure when uncertain, and treats any emergency signal as non-reversible within a conversation. It's under active clinical review as we move through validation — not presented as a finished, audited system.
The plan is a structured check-in after the visit — better, same, or worse — so recovery isn't only tracked if someone remembers to chase it. This part of the system is still in development and not yet part of the active pilot.
We're designing data handling around the Privacy Act 2020 and the Health Information Privacy Code, with hosting decisions made accordingly. Our formal privacy documentation is still being finalised ahead of pilot launch.
This is an open expression-of-interest list, not a fixed set of spots — anyone eligible is welcome to register. From this pool, we'll be selecting a cohort of clinics and clinicians for a free structured pilot ahead of wider rollout. No commitment — tell us a little about yourself and we'll be in touch.
